INTRODUCTION

The Word Perfect (Program) is a new and easy way to increase your 'mastery' of the English Language, through the introduction of new words.

By this practice your vocabulary will increase and thereby increase the field of your understanding of the English Language.

HOW TO USE

Most previous systems which help the reader to increase their vocabulary are mechanical in nature and typically provide a sample sentence in addition to other grammatical features.  This Word Perfect Program a radically different approach - by 'fixing meaning' in both speech and reading through a - intuitive approach.  We do this in the following manner.

MECHANICS & METHOD OF THE WORD PERFECT SYSTEM

This is a revolutionary approach to 'utilising' and 'mastering' the English Language.  Please throw all previous grammar textbooks out the window (safely.)

​

We adopt a 'playful' approach to both your study and use of the English Language - for we (Word Perfect Program) believe that it is principally through 'play' - sensibly structured, that we can as Human Beings / Consciousness - learn.

​

But do not underestimate the power of the 'Word Perfect System' - for to  'learn,' one must first - 'Think' and to 'Think' - one must engage in something which is 'Meaningful.'

​

Therefore the revolutionary Word Perfect System has been 'designed' in accordance with the "Language of The Science Of Abstract Consciousness" (see SOTI Collected Works, Oladipo Adegboyega Adelaja.)  In this study of Consciousness, which is in effect, what the work is all about, 'Language' is the axis upon which 'Meaningful Meaning' revolves.  What does this mean for the reader and user of this Word Perfect (Program) ?  It means - YOU MUST DEVELOP A NEW MINDSET!

WORD PERFECT - THE TOOLS

You will find that Word Perfect contains specific 'tools' to assist the reader / user in sentence 'construction,' 'comprehesion' and 'understanding.'

1.  THE SINGLE BRACKET - this denotes a 'technical use' of the word and by 'technical' we mean a word deemed 'technical' by the Word Perfect (Program) itself.  There is a specific Dictionary of Terms which is available to the reader - 'The Word Perfect Program Dictionary.'

​

The purpose of this is to 'fix meaning,'  so that the user of the Word Perfect Program, will belong to a class of readers / users for whom the English Language will be a safe and stable 'field of meaning.'  

​

2.  THE FORWARD SLASH - we encourage the reader / user not to be afraid in expressing what they intend to write or speak, for the English Language ripe with nuance.  To do this a reader / user must develop a free and intuitive approach to the use of words, since the primary / principal purpose of communicating language is that of expressing what the communicator thinks and feels - and so the 'forward slash,' when freely used, will over time develop in the reader / user an intuitive sense of this right nuance.  So to take an example, the reader will have seen that s/he/ it has been as described as reader / user.

The first word can be regarded as the principal choice and the word after the slash or slashes are used to express for example, a particular nuance, the writer or speaker wishes to evoke a specific idiom, which may be relevant or simply a carefree way to compound that which is being said or written.  So in this example of reader / user the protagonist namely yourself is both a reader / user.  Rather than try to detail under which each word should be used the reader /user is encouraged to consider these alternatives as part of his / her everyday usage of the English Language.

Unfortunately, being a new and revolutionary technique there are limited fields in which the Word Perfect (Program) is regularly used - however do not despair since in the course of using this program located on this site - regularly - the reader should become familiar with the technique.

​

3.  THE DASH - the Dash can be regarded as being something, somewhere between the 'comma' and the full stop.

 

Its purpose is grammatical, but can also be stylistic - since it breaks up sentences and thus sentences become paragraphs.  

​

Its grammatical use is as an 'editing function' - when used, having the ability to allow the 'deletion' of certain words, yet maintain the sentence's integrity and meaning.

 

4.  SINGLE SPEECH MARKS - marks indicate that a word is given a 'technical definition / meaning' even though it may be a 'non-technical' subject.

 

New word - 'super-seeded'

To 'super-seed' -

Old word, being a word for which the new word can be substituted. 

​

EXAMPLES

Example 1:  The body known as the girdle which shaped the body of a woman - has been 'super-seeded' by lycra wear.

​

CONCLUSION

Therefore I can use 'super-seeded' as a substitute word for successor.
